As one of the top Swarovski Crystal winning designers in year 2012.. Lady Jessica or Jessica DeBour the owner of brand "Jess Jewelry" became popular in the market. Her interview with Fire Mountain Gems magazine as follows :-
I started interesting into Jewelry business in year 1998 [24 years ago] in my homeland "Thailand" after my sister inspired me regarding international trading business with 1928 Jewelry Company in the United States of America. I had an opportunity to be 1928 agent for recruiting the high quality manufacturers in Asia such as Thailand, Hong Kong and China.

In year 2001, I expanded my company into Global market and opened the exhibitions such as in Australia, India, China, Vietnam and many countries around the world. I started to learn more for being jewelry designer for years. Most of my designs are included all kind of jewelry .. 925 Sterling Silver, Pearls, Swarovski Crystal and Fashion Jewelry.
